Tair-11A 135mm f/2.8

This Soviet telephoto has a reputation for having some of the beastliest bokeh of any Soviet lens. At 135mm in focal length, and with a maximum aperture of f/2.8, you can get some seriously blurry backgrounds. The real question is, is it worth it over the other, cheaper Soviet 135mm options like the Jupiter-37A?
